Marketing Director

Monzo has one of the best-loved brands in the UK, and not just in finance. We know what people love about us, we have a clear sense of our mission, and now we want a Director of Brand Marketing to define the vision for the Monzo brand, and set the direction for the future.

You’ll lead a diverse team of Brand Managers, Writers, Content Strategists and Social Media Specialists. You’ll look after everything from brand partnerships, to above-the-line campaigns, to our brand guidelines. You’ll decide the pieces you put in place to let twenty teams all look, sound and feel like Monzo, all the time.

You’ll spend your time:

  • Leading and developing the Brand Marketing team, putting processes, tools and discipline in place
  • Setting the vision and strategy for brand across the company
  • Leading multi-channel above-the-line campaigns that bring new customers in and build love for our brand
  • Monitoring, tracking and reporting brand health across the company
  • Communicating the value of brand internally to get everyone across at Monzo bought in
  • Setting up processes to make sure our partners can navigate the brand
  • Making sure we’re ready to launch globally over the coming years by putting the necessary pieces in place
